Sitting atop a retarding basin, this bespoke office for a prominent building company sought to create a new corporate entity for the company.
Syncon Group, known for its institutional and repetition work, are presented in three capabilities: the recycling of an existing show, the ability to build architecturally transparent buildings and the ability to erect straight forward precast buildings in tight contexts.
The division of the building into three parts, demonstrated their technical ability and provided a strong contemporary entrance that provided a journey for visitors through a glass roofed tube.
In a reinforcement of their open and transparent relationship with their clients, the primary meeting room was thrust into the glass case in full view: the ultimate in expressing their transparency in their dealings with loyal, repeat clients.
