Working closely with S and S Produce a format was devised for the roll out of several Fruit and Vegetable stores and a delicatessen.

Instrumental in changing the appearance of Fruit and Vegetable retailing, a new, fresh and not so “green and yellow” format was adopted, making both the tenancy and produce the "hero".

Unlike historical local fruit and Vegetable stores, the Fresh Fruit World format incorporates fresh, contemporary finishes, a strong attention to detail and a theatrical interior to the tenancy.

The Delicatessen format adopts a similar signature to the Fruit and Vegetable stores, presenting stock as valuable commodities. The two tenancies together anchor the plaza's food court providing a strong draw card.

The tenancies eloquently match the high standard of produce provided to the market by S and S Produce.
