A grand Art Deco building, Kyle House had become tired. It’s old compartmentalised office spaces no longer reflected contemporary workspace requirements. Its amenities, complete with carpet on the floors, were no longer serviceable.

Each individual level is being customised to suit specific tenant requirements, with major upgrades to the amenities on each floor. A mixture of meeting, formal office rooms, open plan workstations and break out areas are provided to address contemporary workspace needs, within a heritage envelope.
