Albert Park Victoria

Think Albert Park and you can’t go past classic Victorians that are on tight narrow blocks, with small bedrooms and kitchens that serve as a corridor to the bathroom. It doesn’t get more text book than this.

The strategy is always the same: how to get more from less, and how to achieve a free-flowing living, meals and kitchen arrangement with at least three bedrooms, a real laundry and a walk-in robe. Heritage overlays often dictate your envelope: it is how you manipulate the space around that envelope to achieve the spaces you need.

This is a classic manipulation of space, extracting every last centimetre for a purpose…whilst maintaining a consistent palette and logic to the interior. Less inevitably, becomes more.
