A series of planning manoeuvres resulted in a two dwelling site becoming a four-dwelling site.

Revolving around a fully glazed courtyard, Bayswater Road bucks at council’s policy of compartmentalised spaces housed under traditional pitched roof lines. Bold and contemporary, the aesthetic responds directly to the semi commercial context.
