Waldemar Revival

Eaglemont Victoria

One of the greatest eras of Australian Architecture in the period between 1970 and 1980. The era saw dwellings constructed of quality materials like solid brick and cedar. Spaces were generous, and deep raking rooflines gave volume to spaces, heavily shaded from the summer sun.

And internal gardens….

Just one thing was missing: a free flow between the living, dining and kitchen spaces. This restoration and part re-imagination of a classic late 1970’s dwelling sympathetically adapts the living areas to contemporary living, whilst adopting a restrained and classic palette to the internal finishes.
